This was made at Houses In Motion and directed by John Earle.
I modeled, textured, lit, and animated all the cakes and did some light compositing in After Effects. This was rendered with Vray, which is not typically something I use (usually use Octane or Redshift), but it was fun to re-learn!
The client ended up liking the colored cakes more, but we really liked the silver ones (see below).
